Email, privacy and service scope
NextReply helps people organize a job-application wait. The separate Arrival Notes site helps people organize U.S. student-visa information. Both are independent support services.
Which parts are live
The career account, Simplified Chinese career intake, and visa support site can verify email and save support requests. Each service has its own account and queue, even when you use the same email address. Email sign-in is open to the public. The fictional workspace is a demonstration and does not send customer mail or collect payments.
Neither service is affiliated with an employer or consulate. We do not access official application systems, confirm unseen progress, guarantee a decision, or accelerate an employer or consular decision.
Why you receive an email
- You enter your own email address and request a single-use sign-in code.
- After verification, you review a request and explicitly agree to related email before submitting it.
- The system sends an acknowledgement with an estimate of when we will review your support request. It is not an estimate of an employer or consulate decision.
- An operator reviews and approves a support response. You may reply with a text update or add progress through your account.
Messages are transactional sign-in codes, request acknowledgements and support correspondence. We do not use purchased contact lists, send cold outreach or run promotional email campaigns. There is no bulk contact-upload feature.
Control your request and messages
Request a sign-in code only for your own address. If an unexpected code arrives, you can ignore it; it expires after ten minutes. Repeated attempts are limited.
You can cancel a queued review, delete an individual request or delete your account from the relevant site. Deleting a request removes its associated queued responses. A message already being submitted cannot be recalled; the interface asks you to wait before deletion in that situation. You can also contact support@nextreplyguide.com about unwanted correspondence.
A permanent delivery failure or complaint pauses further messages to the affected address. We retain a keyed address digest to honor that suppression without keeping the sign-in code.
What happens to your information
Screenshots selected on either intake page are processed in your browser. The image is not uploaded; you review the extracted text before submitting a request. Remove identity numbers and other unnecessary information. We do not request passport photographs.
If you forward a text email to your private import address, its text is stored as an unconfirmed import. You must review and confirm it before it creates a support request. Forwarded headers and reported outcomes are not treated as verified facts. Attachments and embedded images are not accepted through email.
Email addresses, saved request content and mail content are encrypted in the active application database in Hong Kong. Transactional sending uses Amazon SES in Singapore. Ordinary hosting, network-security and delivery metadata are processed to operate the service. Encryption does not eliminate every security risk.
Mail content is ordinarily removed after 30 days; messages awaiting submission are retained until their pending state is resolved. Account data is removed 90 days after the last verified sign-in. You can delete active records sooner through the account controls. Prior encrypted operational backups may contain earlier records until those backups are removed during maintenance.
Submitted progress is private by default. Optional sharing of timing information requires a separate choice. A forwarded message or self-reported outcome does not automatically become a verified example.
